Hi! I am Rachel the face behind hēliNG cove.
I am a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a board certified Acupuncturist based in Calgary, Alberta. I began in the wellness industry in 2016 when I completed a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During that time I was navigating through my own health journey and felt like I had tried all modalities - until I found Traditional Chinese Medicine. Soon after I experienced the benefits of this medicine I enrolled into school and began my formal training.
In clinical practice I have a passion for women's health, menstrual regulation, fertility, menopause and stress management. Working together to get down to the root cause is so important and when we understand the WHY of our symptoms, there is a powerful shift in our health journey.
